You have received an admission letter with conditions? This means that you have to complete further courses in addition to those specified in the curriculum. Your admission letter will tell you exactly which courses you have to complete. In most cases, these are courses from the master's program. You can find these courses in UNIGRAZonline in the "Courses" app.

Once you have completed these additional courses, fill out this form and send it to the Dean's Office.

Recognition of substitute credits
If you want to apply for a substitute credit for courses (e.g. publication, lecture - see Currciulum), please send an email with the documents to the responsible Curricula Commission Chair and Cc to the Dean's Office. You will receive a reply with which ECTS extent the substitute course will be recognized. Subsequently, the decision will be issued and you will receive it at your university e-mail address.

After you have fulfilled the required examinations and ECTS points according to the curriculum, please report this by e-mail to the Dean's Office so that a check can be made. If in your app "My Degree Programme (Curriculum Support)" the item Courses is not marked as positively completed, please also send a list of your achievements including assignment to compulsory or elective subject (doctoral program in philosophy) or to the modules (doctoral program in antiquity and modernity).
